ABOUT ME:
Morton S. Taubman has been solving sophisticated legal problems for clients for over thirty years. Prior to forming Leser, Hunter, Taubman & Taubman, Mr. Taubman served as senior and executive partner in a major law firm in Washington, D.C. He later formed his own law firm specializing in corporate law, government contracting and international relations, and now manages the Washington, D.C. office of Leser, Hunter, Taubman & Taubman.

Mr. Taubman currently represents a number of clients in the government contracting business wherein he assists them in developing the corporate policies necessary to enhance their contractual relationship with the government.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Taubman was a partner in a national accounting firm, where he managed the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Taubman taught at the Law Center at Georgetown Law School and George Washington Law Center, where he was an adjunct law professor for over 15 years. During that time Mr. Taubman developed a course for lawyers to learn their responsibilities in representing public companies.

- Assisting the State of Israel in developing its laws enabling it to exploit its military proprietary hardware and software for commercial use
- Assisting the Republic of China in developing the corporate law infrastructure necessary to attract Western technology into its country for manufacturing
- Assisting many domestic corporations in restructuring capital formation to attract new capital investments
Mr. Taubman currently represents a number of clients in the government contracting business wherein he assists them in developing the corporate policies necessary to enhance their contractual relationship with the government.
